Gladys SABIN (born McCULLY) noted on the back of this photograph:"The barn in the background and farm belong to Robert Wilbur McCULLY and Lottie Susan Sutter McCULLY, your great grand parents. (Children of Robert and Lottie: Norman, Howard, Harold, George, John, and Gladys).
"The little boy in the picture was visiting with his Mother, the Simons whose farm is in the foreground. One of the Simon girls took the picture, or it may have been his Mother, we aren't real clear on that.
"The Middle Road divides the two farms -- note tail post towards left center of picture and tree far right at the front of Simon's lawn, facing Middle Road.
"The lane you see goes from the Middle Rd. to the McCully barn, and house which appears as a white spot behind the barn. The grey building between the barn and the house is a granary.
"Location: Allison Park, PA, 6 mi from Etna near Pittsburgh. Date: Approx. 1907"
