Jacob Gutensohn family and home, Gnadenhutten

  1. From the Twin-City News (Uhrichsville and Dennison, Ohio), 20 April 1899, in the Gnadenhutten column: "Jacob Gutensohn is adding a new varenda [sic] to his dwelling, which when completed will vastly improve its appearance."

    Perhaps the photo was taken to commemorate this event?!
