Amos MIKSCH (1816-1901). Amos was the son of Frederick (John Frederick) MIKSCH and his wife Elizabeth HUBER of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, and Gnadenhutten, Ohio. Amos married Sarah (Salome) KELLER, with whom he had ten children.
Two of Amos and Sarah's children in later years: Charles Amos MIKSCH (1860-1949) and Julia Rebecca MIKSCH GARDNER (1866-1958). This photo is dated 29 May 1949, so was not long before Charles's death on 8 June of that year.
